  • La posizione dell'Hotel e' unica, proprio di fronte al mare e alla famosa passeggiata di Viareggio, piena di negozi di ogni genere. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

  • colazione migliorabile, l'ideale sarebbe poterla fare all'aperto in giardino bicchiere in plastica nel bagno (non da grand hotel)

  • Struttura molto bella. Camera con vista mare splendida. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Nell'hotel presente ogni tipo di confort.
  • La vasca da bagno perdeva acqua; sistemare. Sotto il letto c'era polvere; pulire meglio

  • Excellent staff service in restaurant. Good quality of food at evening meal. Bedroom was large and clean.
  • Two areas for improvement 1. Breakfast choice only adequate, and did not compare to quality of evening food. Also toaster poor, taking ten times to toast one piece of bread. 2. Bedroom pillows were flat and hard. Softer pillows would improve sleep experience.

  • We liked the beautiful old traditional rooms and the swimmig pool
  • The breakfast could be better organized. Sometimes there was ham but no scrambled eggs and vice versa. We had only one dinner during our stay but it was not satisfactory. We are no Russians but Germans

  • The pool, the garden, the table football and Ping-Pong, comfortable rooms and good food. staff at the reception desk were always efficient, friendly and helpful.
  • Air conditioning in one of our rooms was a bit much and difficult to adjust. Breakfast could have been better for one of our party who had an egg allergy and had limited choice.

  • For us,the service from all the staff is the most important thing. We have stayed at the hotel many times and have always been impressed with the high standard of the staff at the hotel. From reception, the porters, the restaurant & bar staff the service we have received has always been first class. We spend a lot of our time at the pool during our break and it's one of the main reasons we enjoy our stay so much. Massimo is always very friendly and helpful along with Andrea & Renato. It's always nice to see Giuseppe again and this year he and Sasha also helped to make our stay very enjoyable.
  • There is nothing about the hotel we do not like.

  • Reception staff were excellent. Room was cleaned very well.
  • I noticed some tiles were loose on one of the floors near the stairway - these should be re-cemented down. Loose tiles can be a health and safety hazard. Pillows were a bit hard/uncomfortable. I personally did not like the mushrooms at breakfast - they had an odd taste - but everything else was good.

  • on è un Hotel a 4 stelle per quello che costa, e poi tutti i servizi a pagamento come il parcheggio, colazione monotona ogni mattina, in piscina mai trovato un posto, balcone piccolo che non possono sedersi 2 persone, camera molto rumorosa in quanto le porte non sono isolate a dovere e per favore non mi parlate di mantenimento originale perché si può intervenire lasciando tutto nella sua originalità, per questo abbiamo chiesto di partire 1 giorno prima, la risposta é stata `L`Hotel é tutto pieno`...deve pagare ugualmente la camera` Signori ho chiesto di andare un giorno in anticipo , non di restare un giorno in più... a mai più.

Chiariamo per chi ci legge che i servizi a pagamento sono solo il parcheggio e questo è ben evidenziato e il cliente può scegliere se confermare e pagare questo servizio. Non è corretta la Sua affermazione del balcone dove non ci stanno 2 persone a sedere, su tutti i balconi frontali c'è posto per 2 persone sedute, purtroppo dobbiamo ribadire che manteniamo la struttura originale, i balconi non possono essere toccati.. Infine il contratto di prenotazione era ben definito, abbiamo chiesto di rispettarlo. Scusandoci ancora per il disagio creato inviamo Cordiali saluti

  • Die Lage und das alte, schöne Gebäude sind ausserordentlich. Ein weiteres Plus ist der Pool zwischen schattigen Bäumen, die auch bei Hitze für sehr angenehme Temperaturen sorgen. Das Personal ist tatsächlich ausserordentlich freundlich, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Weiter ist das Frühstücksbuffet super, mit sehr gutem, auch dunklerem Brot.
  • Die Zimmer zum Meer sind in der Nacht nicht ganz ruhig. Man hört Musik von der Strandpromenade her. Wir waren aber im 5. Stock, wo dies sehr erträglich war, ausserdem nie länger als bis Mitternacht.
